Amir Benhamadi, a Rising Figure in Industrial Innovation
Representing the third generation leading the BENHAMADI Group, Amir Benhamadi embodies a new era of transformation and modernization. A graduate of Boston University with a degree in Marketing, he developed a management approach centered on innovation, strategic performance, and international market expansion. After returning to Algeria, he gradually assumed increasing responsibilities within the family group, overseeing commercial development and operational management. This progression enabled him to gain deep knowledge of the group’s industrial activities while promoting modernization and cross-functional collaboration. In 2018, he became General Manager of BORDJ STEEL and, in 2019, was appointed Chairman of the Group, marking a structured generational transition. Under his leadership, the group has reorganized around specialized business units with a strong focus on digital transformation, industrial excellence, and export growth. In 2023, he launched REVOLAVA, a company dedicated to automotive solutions and new mobility technologies, reflecting his ambition to build sustainable growth drivers within Algeria’s technological ecosystem.
